Cancellations: Deposit is refundable, less $25, until May 24, 2012. After May 24, no refund for cancellation will be made.

Confirmation: If you have registered, but not received your class selection form and student questionaire, you may download these forms by clicking on the following links: CLASSES, STUDENT INFO, and COURSE SELECTION FORM. Note, some information on class locations will be available at the beginning of the workshop. You will receive confirmation of your registration via e-mail. Class selections will be available closer to the workshop.
